I took my sister into the woods today, during one of our regular walks and talks. There are barely many leaves left on the trees, save for a few that still have a head of orange. Autumn has almost passed; we’ve reached the stage where we are cradling two seasons. Look up, and it’s winter, look down, and there’s a blanket of autumn on the ground.
These walks and talks, peppered throughout the week, are one of the things tiding us through autumn in a pandemic. What’s helping you right now?
